Excellent service, true tree care. They really know the individual needs of each species. They've been using a recently developed treatment for our Copper Beech with the Beech Leaf Disease. It appears to be working. They have also done some pruning on our trees which has turned out beautifully.

Phenomenal Limb Removal
We have worked with Barrett Tree Service East for a number of years. They have been pruning our elm tree every 3-4 years, for close to ten years. They have been very helpful in keeping it looking great. We've thoroughly enjoyed the results of their work. Unfortunately, in June, as a result of a recent storm, a large limb fell/settled gently across part of our roof and a neighbor's roof. Miraculously, there was minimal damage. We called Barrett and they did a phenomenal job removing the limb. Our home is surrounded by other homes; so the work was delicate. It was like watching surgery, as the crew removed the limb in pieces with no mishaps. I would highly recommend Barrett for any tree work; maintenance or otherwise. They are truly expert at what they do. They are very professional and approachable.

Incredible Care for Our Trees
Barrett Tree Service East came out to Thoreau Path in the West End to help us on two separate dates. On Arbor Day, they came to prune massive, 60-year-old trees to help us protect our tree canopy. They returned in late May to help us transform an area of the path by removing old trees, lovingly caring for many other mature trees in need of air spading, pruning, and canopy cleaning. They also planted 6 beautiful trees for us on the second trip and prepared tree pits for another 6 trees. It was impressive on both occasions to see the incredible care they took to help protect our mature trees and give our new trees the best start possible. We were so lucky to have their help and hope to leverage their services for years to come to help us care for our arboretum.

We had a major tree limb on our roof. Barrett Tree was awesome. They looked at it the next morning and took it off the house with a crane within 4 days of the incident. They were consummate professionals. They took pics from the bucket truck of the roof damage. The insurer is happy to pay for the work. The work was difficult for them but flawless. Ryan and his team have been servicing my property for over three years now! We had some sick and diseased fruit trees when we bought our house, and they came to provide advice. We ultimately decided one tree was beyond saving, but the others were fine with some TLC. Ryan’s team cut down and dug up one tree, and we replaced it with a similar one. He provided lots of knowledgeable advice and was so patient through my many questions and concerns. Fruit trees are not cheap to care for, and I have always felt he goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied and well informed!
