Carlos joined Barrett Tree Service East in July 2020 with 10+ years of experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition. As the Human Resource Coordinator Carlos is involved in strengthening the production crew at BTSE by recruiting individuals from diverse backgrounds and unique skill sets with and without experience in arboriculture. Through employee engagement and fostering a positive company culture, his goal is to ensure each BTSE employee feels welcomed, appreciated and valued as a contributor to the overall mission of Barrett Tree Service East. Outside of work Carlos enjoys playing tennis with over 10+ years of playing and teaching including coaching high school tennis.
