Continuous Education

The Massachusetts Arborist Association pioneered its rigorous certification program in 1957. Most professional designations required continuous education to remain actively certified or licensed in their respected area of expertise. Arboriculture is no exception.

Our Certified Arborists are obligated to ongoing education to maintain their professional designations. Additionally, all pesticide applicators are required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to obtain annual training to maintain their license.

The International Association of Arboriculture began certifying arborists throughout the world in 1992.

BTSE is committed to fostering our employees’ professional development as well. Outside of our weekly safety meetings and periodic companywide training sessions, BTSE attends the national and regional green industry expositions as a group twice annually.  We actively engage in industry events and promote continuing education as a foundation for the expertise and knowledge required to care for our client’s properties and the trees of Greater Boston.

BTSE is committed to the continual investment in our all of our employees and strive to bring the best, most technically competent and friendly arborists and help care for the trees on your property.ctsp
